The personal data protection policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") was issued based on Article 24(1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU 119 of 4 May 2016, p. 1) (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation"). The aim of the Policy is to comprehensively describe the solutions in the field of personal data security used on the AiLuvU online portal operated on the website, whose sole owner is Krzysztof Kubicz (hereinafter: "AiLuvU"). The personal data administrator is Krzysztof Kubicz (01-161 Warsaw, ul. Obozowa 20 lok 59) ("Administrator"). The Policy applies to all personal data processed by the Administrator as part of the activities conducted on the AiLuvU portal.
The Administrator processes personal data exclusively of: Individuals who have registered their account on AiLuvU, Individuals who clicked the "Like" or "Follow" icon or similar on social media, especially on platforms like Facebook or Instagram.
The Administrator processes only the following personal data: For individuals who have registered their account on the AiLuvU portal – solely to allow the registering person to use the portal's functionalities and to accept payments for premium services (such as email address, login, password hash, purchase date and end date of the premium account, chat histories, login date and time). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – necessity of processing for the performance of a contract. For individuals who clicked the "Like" or "Follow" icon or similar on social media platforms – solely for marketing purposes. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation – the data subject's consent.
Every data subject has the right to: Access their personal data, Rectify their personal data, Delete their personal data, Limit the processing of their personal data, Object to the processing of their personal data, Transfer their personal data, Lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority in relation to personal data processing. In relation to personal data processed on the basis of consent, every individual has the right to: Withdraw consent to the extent that they are processed on this basis. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Each of the data subjects can contact the Administrator by sending their inquiry/request to the email address: admin@serverdivision.net. If the Administrator is unable to determine the content of the inquiry/request or identify the person submitting the inquiry/request, they will ask for additional information. The Administrator will respond to every email promptly, but no later than within 1 month from receiving the inquiry/request. If it's necessary to extend this deadline, the Administrator will inform the concerned person about the reasons for such extension.
As a principle, the Administrator does not transfer any personal data to entities located outside the European Economic Area. An exception is the use by the Administrator of IT service providers/social media platforms headquartered outside the EEA. The AiLuvU portal contains links to other websites, such as online payment operators, Facebook, and Instagram. These websites operate independently and are not in any way supervised by the administrator. These sites have their own privacy policies and terms of use, which one should acquaint oneself with.
The Administrator does not transfer personal data to other entities. The Administrator may share personal data with entities processing it on his behalf exclusively based on an appropriate agreement for the entrustment of personal data processing.
The policy comes into effect on September 24, 2023.
In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Regulation and the Act on the protection of personal data apply.
